The AI Act Compliance Index

Every number below is an aggregate of real Regra scans of public pages — checked against 6 EU AI Act transparency rules plus the card-network and processor rules that decide whether you can keep taking payments. No individual site is named.

Methodology

  • What we scan. Publicly visible pages only — the same pages a payment processor's risk team or a regulator would read.
  • How we score. A versioned ruleset of 32 rules: deterministic checks run identically every time; judgment calls are made by an LLM pass and labeled as such.
  • What we publish. Aggregates only. Individual scorecards exist only at their owner's or requester's link, and findings details stay private.
  • Disputes. Automated indicators can be wrong. Site owners can re-scan free after fixing, or dispute a result at support@regra.app.
