FAQs
How does the 3-day trial work?
Pick a plan and add a card — you're not charged for 3 days. During the trial you see your risk score and the issues found; unlock the full report (evidence and the exact fix for each) any time, or it converts automatically when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
Why do I need a card to start?
Regra is built for merchants who take compliance seriously, so we skip a free tier and go straight to a trial. Your card is captured up front but not charged until the trial ends or you choose to unlock the full report.
What's included in every plan?
The full report — evidence, the rule behind each finding, and the exact fix — across every framework (Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, the EU AI Act, and the TAKE IT DOWN Act). Plans differ only by number of sites, monitoring frequency, team seats, and pro features like white-label reports and API access.
What does “two months free” mean?
Pay annually and you get two months free versus paying monthly — Guard is $490/year (instead of $588) and Shield is $1,990/year (instead of $2,388).
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at your next billing date, and cancelling stops any future charges.
Is this legal advice?
No. Regra flags likely violations against published card-network and regulatory rules and shows you the source for each. It is not legal advice, and the final decision always rests with your processor. For high-stakes calls, confirm with counsel.
What if I need more sites than my plan allows?
Move up to a plan with a higher site limit, or contact sales for Enterprise, which covers unlimited sites plus custom rulesets and SSO.
